The Comfort Premium Bra is our most versatile everyday style. Choose Full Bust for additional coverage, 4-Way Convertible for more styling options, Nursing for easy feeding access, or All-Day Balance if long seated workdays are your main priority.

How do I choose my size?

Use the size guide on each product page and compare it with your current measurements. If you fall between two sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, choose the larger size.

For best results, r wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C, ideally inside a laundry bag. Air dry and avoid bleach or tumble drying. Always follow the care label supplied with the product.

We want you to feel comfortable ordering from Suavine. This policy explains your statutory rights and how to request a return or refund.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants an equivalent right, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise this right, email info@suavine.com or use our Contact page before the deadline. Include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will send the return instructions and return address. Please do not send goods to the address shown on the original parcel unless we specifically confirm it.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. Please return products with all accessories, labels and packaging where reasonably possible.

Hygiene seals

Where a product is supplied sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply after the hygiene seal has been removed, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This exception does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless we agree otherwise. If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, contact us before returning it; where required by law, we will cover the reasonable return cost.

Refunds

When withdrawal is valid, we refund the payments received for the returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, subject to the right to withhold described above.

Additional delivery costs caused by choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard option are not refundable. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Faulty or non-conforming goods

Consumers in the European Union benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair or replacement without charge, or to an appropriate price reduction or refund. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Exchanges and order changes

For the fastest service, contact us before returning anything. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot always be changed or cancelled.
